You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through the website.

A person below 18 years of age should use the website and place an order only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present:

• Product names and descriptions
• Fabrics and colours
• Sizes and measurements
• Product photographs
• Prices
• Components included
• Availability
• Dispatch estimates

Actual colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, device displays and screen settings.

Leaf & Loom products may include handwork, embroidery, hand-painting, natural fabrics or artisanal processes. Minor variations in weave, print, texture, embroidery, colour and finishing may occur and are part of the character of handcrafted clothing.

A variation will not be treated as a defect unless it is substantial or the product is materially different from its description.

Customers should review the applicable Size Guide before placing an order.

Sizing assistance is also available through WhatsApp. Such assistance is guidance based on the measurements and information supplied by the customer and does not guarantee a particular personal fit.

Minor measurement variations may occur because garments are finished manually.

Unless otherwise stated, Leaf & Loom pieces are made to order.

Production may begin after successful order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are ordinarily dispatched within seven working days unless a different timeline is displayed on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Working days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.

Dispatch estimates do not include the courier’s delivery-transit period.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate a material production or dispatch delay.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Leaf & Loom may change product prices at any time. A subsequent price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, complimentary standard shipping is provided for eligible deliveries within India.

Leaf & Loom does not currently display a GSTIN or separately collect GST as a GST-registered supplier.

Customers will receive an order confirmation, receipt or commercial invoice containing the available transaction information. Such documentation must not be treated as a GST tax invoice unless it expressly contains a valid GSTIN and the required tax details.

Leaf & Loom may update its tax and invoice practices if registration or another legal requirement becomes applicable.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is ordinarily confirmed after:

• The required information has been provided
• Payment has been successfully received
• An order confirmation has been issued
• The product can be fulfilled

A product placed in the cart is not reserved until the order is successfully completed.

We may contact you to verify an order or delivery information.

We may cancel or decline an order where:

• Payment has failed
• A price or product detail was displayed incorrectly
• The product cannot be fulfilled
• Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
• The delivery location cannot be serviced
• Fraud, misuse or an unauthorised transaction is suspected
• The order breaches these Terms and Conditions

Where we cancel a successfully paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

A customer may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

A cancellation may be accepted where production has not commenced.

Because made-to-order products are prepared specifically against confirmed orders, cancellation may not be possible once cutting, production, embroidery, painting, alteration or another preparation process has begun.

This limitation does not affect the customer’s rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

Payments are processed through authorised payment providers, including Razorpay, and through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Leaf & Loom is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a bank, card network, UPI application, payment gateway or internet-service interruption.

Where an amount is deducted but an order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference, payment date, amount and registered contact details.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of:

• Recipient name
• Delivery address
• PIN code
• Mobile number
• Email address

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, transport disruption, public holidays, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Leaf & Loom is not responsible for a delay caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Additional shipping charges may apply where re-delivery is required because the customer supplied an incorrect address or was repeatedly unavailable to receive the order.

Customers should inspect the parcel and product promptly after delivery.

Do not accept a visibly opened or severely damaged parcel without noting the condition with the delivery representative where reasonably possible.

Any damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item should be reported within 72 hours of recorded delivery in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy.

Eligible return and exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of recorded delivery.

Approval of a request may be subject to verification and quality inspection.

Nothing in these terms limits any remedy that cannot legally be excluded where goods are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description.

Promotional codes:

• Must be used within the stated validity period
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May be limited to specified products or order values
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted
• May be withdrawn where misuse or a technical error is identified

A promotion does not apply retrospectively to a completed order unless expressly stated.

All content on the website, including its:

• Leaf & Loom name and logo
• Product and collection names
• Photographs and videos
• Artwork and graphics
• Product descriptions
• Website copy and layout
• Original textile and visual designs

is owned by or licensed to Leaf & Loom, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from such content without prior written permission.

You must not:

• Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Interfere with website operation or security
• Scrape or commercially reproduce website content
• Impersonate another person
• Submit false payment, delivery or return information
• Abuse promotional, exchange or refund processes

We may update, maintain, suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. However, this does not affect confirmed orders or rights available under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leaf & Loom will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use.

Our aggregate liability concerning a particular order will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Epidemics
• Transport or courier disruption
• Strikes
• Government restrictions
• Internet or payment-network failures
• Civil disturbance
• Other force-majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide an appropriate fulfilment, replacement or refund solution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to rights and remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.

The terms applicable to an order will ordinarily be those published when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law.
